STWA Annual Perch Tournament - Registration

Please find below the registration form for our Annual Perch Tournament.

To become a member you must sign-up using our Membership Page Located Here!

There will be NO Refunds for individuals that register and are not members of Southtowns Walleye Association of WNY, Inc.

COST:     $15.00 In-Person or $20.00 with Online Convenience Fee
WHEN:    Saturday, May 21st, 2022                                  
WHERE:  Waters of Lake Erie
WHO:       STWA Members ONLY                                      
ON WATER TIME:      6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
WEIGH-IN:                  12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m.

RULES AND CONDITIONS:

• YOU MUST BE A STWA MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE.
• 8 Inch Minimum length perch
• Best Five Fish By Weight

AWARDS:

• Heaviest 5 Fish Catch
• Luck of Draw for Prize Money if contest is called off for bad weather such as a Small Craft Advisory

RELEASE OF LIABILITY / PHOTO RELEASE

In submitting this form, I hereby waive and release all other participants, the host, sponsors, and all other officials or parties involved in the Tournament from all claims and/or damage incurred in connection with this Perch Tournament.  I also hereby grant sponsor and co-sponsor the unconditional right to use the name, voice and photographic likeness of the child in connection with any of their audio/video productions, articles, or press releases, but not as an endorsement.
