2023 STWA Perch Tournament Registration
Please find below the registration form for our Annual Perch Tournament.
Rules:
- Open to Public and Members
- Sign-Up at General Meetings
- NY Waters of Lake Erie Only
- 8 Inch Minimum Length Perch
- Start: 6am - Ends 2pm
- Weigh-In: 12-2pm (Must Be in Line Before 2pm)
- Weigh-In Location: STWA Clubhouse; 5895 Southwestern Blvd., Hamburg, NY 14075
Awards:
- Best 5 Fish Caught By Weight
- Luck of the Draw for Prize Money if Contest is Called Off for Bad Weather Such as a Small Craft Advisory.
- Tournament Will Be Cancelled if Small Craft Advisory is Posted for Any Portion of NY Lake Erie Waters Prior to Event Start.
Cost:
- $35.00/Per Person
Meal:
- All You Can Eat Perch Fish Fry Per Entrant
- Non-Entrant Dinner Cost is $15.00
- We are Asking for Perch Donations
RELEASE OF LIABILITY / PHOTO RELEASE
In submitting this form, I hereby waive and release all other participants, the host, sponsors, and all other officials or parties involved in the Tournament from all claims and/or damage incurred in connection with this Perch Tournament. I also hereby grant sponsor and co-sponsor the unconditional right to use the name, voice and photographic likeness of the child, participant or attendee in connection with any of the events audio/video productions, articles, or press releases, but not as an endorsement.
