You have several choices available this year for this great event.
You must be a current member in order to fish the Derby.
Joining as a member and derby together is included in the online derby application fee on this sign-up page.

Once you submit the form you will be routed to PayPal to complete your transaction. Once completed, please print out your receipt as proof of your transaction.
You will receive your Official Derby information via email after payment is complete, please print and sign this form, it is your official entry into the Derby.

I also hereby grant sponsor and co-sponsor the unconditional right to use the name, voice and photographic likeness of the child, participant or attendee in connection with any of the events audio/video productions, articles, or press releases, but not as an endorsement.
